We'll utilize the grounding practice of ceremonial tea to create sacred space so you can visualize your intentions (set at the Spring Equinox) coming to life. After the sit, you'll ritualize this practice by writing out your intentions + then releasing them to the Universe. We'll finish with a gratitude practice + taking aligned action towards our desire.
